Camp Schedule

Thurs 28th April – participants arrive at Club La Santa.

Friday 29th April to Friday 6th May – intensive training and coaching week.

Saturday 7th May – recovery and race preparation day.

Sunday 8th May – 27th  Volcano International Triathlon (this is optional but recommended).

Monday 9th May – Camp Finishes – option for light training / recovery / alternative activities.

Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th – non structured training for people who are staying for 2 weeks.
