Camp Schedule

Thurs 19th April – participants arrive at Club La Santa.

Friday 20th April to Thursday 26th April – intensive training and coaching week.

Friday 27th April – recovery and race preparation day.

Saturday 28th April – 28th  Volcano International Triathlon (this is optional but recommended).

Sunday 29th April – Camp Finishes – option for light training / recovery / alternative activities.

Monday 30th April to 3rd May – non structured training for people who are staying for 2 weeks.
