Generic 12 Week one off Training Plan

This is a Generic Training Plan that is aimed at athletes who are looking for basic structure in their training.

So if you are looking for a 12 week plan that will take you to new levels of fitness then this maybe the one for you.

Choice of 12 Week Plans:

  1. Sprint / Olympic distance Novice athlete with limited time available
    • max of 1hr / day plus longer at weekends
  2. Sprint / Olympic distance Novice athlete with good time available
    • up to 2hr / day and longer at weekends
  3. Sprint / Olympic distance Intermediate athlete with limited time available
    • max 1 hr / day plus longer at weekends
  4. Sprint / Olympic distance Intermediate athlete with good time available
    • over 2 hr / day and longer at the weekend
  5. Middle and long distance plans are available but these are 24 week plans – please email me for more info

*please note that when it says up to 2 hr this is just a guide it does not mean every session will be 2 hr.
